It's a 4-day long weekend once again and our feet were itching to hit the road for our next wanderlust. Our destination for this road trip - Toledo City and Pinamungajan.
CAPILLA SANTA ANA CHAPEL AND THE LABYRINTH
An hour away from Cebu City through Naga, Toledo is a quiet city in the Western part of Cebu. From there, we visited the popular Capilla Santa Ana Chapel, a private chapel reminiscent of old European structures, that comes with an intricately designed labyrinth. The chapel's owners were fond of collecting religious items and relics and even old paintings and statues imported from Europe and India. Part of her expensive collection are shown during the 30 minute tour of the chapel but there are rooms where we are not allowed to take photos.

HIDDEN VALLEY WAVE POOL IN PINAMUNGAJAN
Another spot we visited is the Hidden Valley Wave Pool in Pinamungajan. It's a cool and relaxing place with clean facilities, amazing wave pool and affordable food!
Entrance Fee - PHP 100 pesos Cottage - PHP 600 pesos
Food - PHP 350 pesos for 2 PAX (Chicken, rice and drinks)
It was not easy to go to Hidden Valley though. We spent over an hour looking for the place and there were areas that do not have cellular signal or has very slow or no Internet connection at all. So we rely on strangers for directions. Nevertheless, when we got there, we enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for relaxation!
We also got the chance to drop by some areas in Toledo / Pinamungajan on our way back to Cebu City. Here are just some of the places we visited.
